What session length do I need?

There are a lot of variables that come into play

when determining exactly how long a tattoo would take,

but here’s a good guide, generally speaking-

Pieces 3” X 3” and smaller is considered a “banger”and can be done during Walk-in Wednesdays.

Most pieces over 3” x 3” will require a Half day

Pieces over 4” x 5.5” will require a Full Day

How many sessions will my project need?

It varies depending on the scale and detail of the project. Some tattoos are done in one session, others, such as full sleeves, half sleeves, chest/back pieces are done in multiple sessions. Typically between 6-8 full days for: full sleeve/back/torso/legs and 2-3 full sessions for half sleeve (upper and lower). All large scale projects will require a “finishing session”

What is a finishing session?

Once the entire area is filled, we will add final details, then add contrast and blending where needed and finally the pure white highlights.

Do I need a consultation?

No. As long as the appointment application is thoroughly filled out, that’s all I’ll need. Any reference photos and additional information can be sent upon booking.

In most instances, I will refer you to an artist who I believe would be best suited for your particular project.

Majority of my pieces are designed on the spot whether it be stenciled or freehand.

While it is hard to say exactly how many sessions a piece may require, it is safe to assume that a cover up will need a minimum of 2 sessions. Upon booking I’ll have you send me photos and we can assess the project more thoroughly.

What if I need to reschedule?

Clients are allowed to reschedule once and retain deposit with 72 hour notice.

Can I get my deposit back?

No. Deposits are non refundable. Only book if you’re serious and committed to starting the tattoo process.

Can I book again if I no call no show or cancel last minute?

Unless the cancellation/no show was due to an emergency, absolutely not.

How long does it take a tattoo to heal?

After getting a tattoo, the outer layer of skin (the part you can see) will typically heal within 2 to 3 weeks. While it may look and feel healed, and you may be tempted to slow down on the aftercare, it can take as long as 6 months for the skin below a tattoo to truly heal. Skin around larger tattoos takes longer to recover and certain factors, like picking at the scabs, not moisturizing, forgoing SPF , or using a lotion with alcohol may slow the process.
